As Co-Owner and Operations Manager, I oversee the day-to-day management of the gym. I put a large focus on member experience, safety and continuity. I am dedicated to making sure Sand and Steel is a place where our members and coaches, feel strong, confident, and empowered in their lives and their bodies. During my sessions I pull from over 13 years of experience working with clients, and over 20 certifications to help members become healthier and stronger.
