Yoga Vinyasa Flow Classes

Our Yoga classes utilize vinyasa-style yoga (flow-based).   In our Alexandria VA studio, we have classes featuring specific skill work: e.g. Standing Balance, Backbend, Forward Fold, Arm Balance, Hip Opener, Core Strength, Twists, or Inversions.  Other classes utilize the Bikram style sequencing, Asthanga sequencing, Iyengar sequencing, or Rocket style sequencing.  Modifications are provided for newer yogis.
