Featuring 4 metabolic strength training exercises, Cruising Through Orlando is easy enough for beginners and challenging enough for advanced athletes.

Equipment

  • Bosu
  • TRX Suspension Trainer
  • Dumbbell

Home Program

4 rounds: 12 minutes per round with 2 minutes rest between rounds.

  • 30 Bosu Plyo Skater Lunges
  • 16 Dumbbell Split Clean and Press (medium weight)
  • 50 TRX BOSU Rows (Heels elevated on edge of Bosu)
  • 10 Bosu Burpees (Pace 1:30)

Gym Program
