Workout

80 Barbell Alternating Step Back Lunges.
80 Back Squats Pull from the floor.
120 Hip Thrusts

Time Cap is 26 minutes – Use the heaviest load you can on all three exercises.

Scoring

Scoring: Your score is determined by adding up your weight on all three exercises, but if you go over the time cap. It’s minus 25 points per minute. Happy Hunting.

Points = Total weight used in all three exercises. If you lower the weight mid-workout, you score the lower weight for the whole thing. Subtract 25 points for every minute over 26 minutes.

Rules = you can start in any station, but you cannot move to the next station until all required reps are completed.
