Rope Climbing Workshop

Rope climbing is a tough skill to master, regardless of your strength or experience. The footwork alone can take a long time to figure out. That’s why Paul wants to help you learn the technique involved to give you a big step forward in your rope climbing journey!
In our two-hour workshop, we will cover all the major rope climbing techniques including:
- Spanish Wrap
- J-Wrap
- Reverse J-Wrap
- Legless
- Kipping Legless
- Pike Legless
Proper Attire: please wear long pants, long socks, and/or shin guards for this class. Please make sure you have CrossFit sneakers as well. Chalk is highly recommended.
