The Snatch Workshop

The Snatch Workshop is your opportunity to work on your Snatch Technique in a small group setting. Snatch Workshop 1 will focus on the drills and techniques for the 1st pull, 2nd pull, and 3rd pull individually. Attention will be made to improving the receiving position with videography and frame by frame analysis. The workshop will feature one of the below WODS.

Snatch Mechanics

  • Using the correct starting position
  • Understanding the speed of the first pull, second pull, and third pull
  • Improving the turnover
  • Getting under the bar
