  • Kettlebell

Home Program

5 Minutes per round/ 4 Rounds:

  • 20 Plyo Kettlebell Swings
  • 12 Kettlebell Power American Cleans
  • 20 Medball Knee to Elbow
  • 30 Medball Situps
  • 12 Medball Plyo Pushups
  • 3 Minutes Rest

Gym Program

5 Minutes per round/ 4 Rounds:
