Guest Pass Guest Pass Free Guests are Provided to Friends and Relatives of existing members. If you are simply looking for a DAY PASS (e.g. you aren't friends with an existing member) please purchase a Day Pass here. -- This form is designed to be filled out by the member. Every membership renewal comes with: One Personal Training Guest Pass, Two Group Class Guest Passes, Two Open Gym Guest Passes. Guest Pass Policy: Guests Passes do not rollover -- unused passes automatically expire. You may only give the same non-member a free guest pass once every three months. For open gym, you need to be present with your guest. Your presence is not required for Personal Training or Group Classes. Guest Passes have no retail value. Guest Passes: Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Due to HIPPA complications associated with COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements, our Guest Pass Policy is temporarily suspended. Once the account is created, your friend will need to fill out the informed consent, reserve the session, and call us between 10AM-6PM to confirm the guest pass is ready. If your guest fails to complete this process in its entirety, you will be charged for a day pass. If this happens more than once, your membership will be suspended.
