Paul’s Oat Builder Recipe


Bold flavors combining bursts of citrus, hard and soft textures, the Oat Builder is a simple but amazing tasting breakfast.  Almond creme, raspberry, pistachios, and more.  Piping hot cereal threatens heats your mouth as the cool almond creme rushes in save it at the last second.  This is a “Five Star” recipe all the way, and took months of practice to perfect!

On a basic level the Oatbuilder is a mixture of Rolled Oats, Freekeh, Flax, Amaranth, and Chia.  Then you can top it off with raspberries, with paleo cream, and pomegranates.  Like many prepared dishes, the Oat Builder breakfast takes practice to balance out the flavors and temperatures.  But when executed directly, it’s one the best tasting breakfasts you can make, and has really impressive nutritional stats.
