Beginner CrossFit is a specialty class at Sand & Steel. It is developed for members who are new to CrossFit and out of shape. We built our CrossFit Beginner class so that newer athletes can feel more comfortable working out with athletes at their own level. In this class, we offer three skill levels so that beginner athletes of all levels can attend. A fun experience where you can focus on the workout instead of all the technique. This class works well for members with injuries as we handpick easily scalable exercises.
