Yoga Vinyasa Flow Classes
Our Yoga program uses a two-week cycle, with each yoga flow focusing on a specific skill. Our classes utilize vinyasa-style yoga (flow-based). In our Alexandria VA studio, we do some folds, some twists, some standing balances, etc. However, each yoga class has a specific focus. The focus skill, e.g. arm balances, will make up about 20% of the class. In addition, more time will be devoted to teaching technique on the skill of the day.

Movement and Flexibility Training
Our mobility sessions combine: Kelly Starret’s MWOD Programming, Kit Laughlin’s Partner Flexibility and Stretching Methodology, Muscle Energy Techniques, Gray Cook’s FMS corrective exercises, Gray Institute’s 3DMAPS, and Advanced yoga postures. Mobility training helps you move better with more strength consistency.
