If You Want to Get Better at Technique, You Have to Work on Your Technique

Semi-Private Sessions are designed extra practice some of the more difficult exercises in CrossFit. We cover proper mechanics and technique to improve your strength and technique in CrossFit, Powerlifting, Kettlebell, and Olympic lifting. Semi-private training sessions have 2-5 people and are custom-scaled to the participants.

The main goal of CrossFit Performance Lab is to prepare you to complete the Rx scaling at local CrossFit competitions and the CrossFit Open.  You’ll learn how to build progressions for some of the more challenging CrossFit exercises.

What is CrossFit Performance Lab?

We created CrossFit Performance Lab to give our Intermediate and Rx level athletes a chance to improve their performance and technique in some of the more advanced CrossFit exercises.  In particular, CrossFit Performance Lab targets exercises that are likely to appear in the CrossFit Open and some of the more challenging workouts.

What if I am Doing Personal Training?

Yes, you can take CrossFit Performance Lab even if you are on an existing personal training program.

Why Should I Take CrossFit Performance Lab if Already Take Classes?

In larger format classes, we can only spend so much time on more complex exercises.  Because CrossFit Performance Lab is a small group class, the coach has more time to provide individual modifications and customizations.

What Kind of Exercises do you do in CrossFit Performance Lab?

CrossFit Performance Lab is always incorporate at least one more difficult skill. Some workouts will incorporate only one challenging skill while others might incorporate two or more.  Recent exercises we have worked in CrossFit Performance Lab include:

Who Can Take CrossFit Performance Lab?

CrossFit Performance Lab is best for members who have at least six months of experience.

Do you Teach new Athletes how to do these Exercises?

Yes, we will teach how to these exercises properly. If you already can do them, you already know you can better and more efficient in your technique.

Why is CrossFit Performance Lab more expensive than regular classes?

It features limited enrollment (2-5 people) and is coached by the owner.

Does CrossFit Performance Lab have its Own Program?

Yes, the workouts change every month, but they follow a consistent pattern.  In other words, the workouts are variants of one another.
