The FireFlow Class will feature beginner to intermediate-level yoga poses. It will be accessible to beginners of all levels … but make no mistake this will be a workout that will rival some of your toughest CrossFit WODS. Paul teaches in the Bikram/Ashtanga style with aggressive, unrelenting cues that drive position, breath, and power.
You’ll need three things for this Flow:
- Your energy;
- Your focus; and
- Your Mat.
