Pickup Terms and Conditions

• Pickup dates and times must be scheduled in advance. You’ll have two weeks from date of purchase to pickup your item.
• Online payment is required in advance to schedule a pickup. We do not take accept payment at the gym.
• No Warranties or refunds. You may inspect the item and take as much time as you like to test the item when you are the gym. Once you leave with the item, it cannot be returned.
• Condition guaranteed. If the condition of the item is not to your liking you may refuse to accept the item in person. At that time, we’ll refund your purchase.
• Rescheduling a missed appointment is $20. Being more than 15 minutes shall be considered a missed appointment.

Shipping & Handling

• We ship items once a week. Please bear in mind that we cannot ship items as fast as Amazon. You will get your item as soon as we can ship it to you.
• You will receive a tracking number.
• 30 Days returns, RMA required. Email us to request.
• Postage for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
