  • We start with an InBody scan to measure your improvement
  • We review heart rate, blood pressure, fitness scores, and sleep scores
  • Our nutrition sessions feature a lesson on new material
  • We go over your food journal and recommend changes
  • We review your habit journal and recommend changes
  • We discuss any challenges you may have had with compliance or recovery and provide recommendations

Keys to Being Successful with Nutrition Coaching

  • Frequency: We recommend you attend two nutrition coaching sessions per month.
