This class pack is valid for six month from date of purchase. You can book any specialty class with this membership including CrossFit All Levels. Once a member has completed CrossFit OnRamp, your class pack can be upgraded for free to include our standard CrossFit classes.

10 Minutes Deadlift warmup
5 Minutes Pullup warmup

Do 3 deadlifts at 1.5x bodyweight
Accumulate as many reps as possible of
Unbroken Pullups / chinups +20 pounds
For each set of unbroken pullups you attempt do three 1.5x bodyweight deadlifts
Score total pullups complete. Complete for 20 minutes. Scale load as needed.

I’m a huge power lifter fan but never have done it in a group class setting. This did not disappoint at all. Works well with my schedule, great on my budget plus also get the help from skilled trainers if they caught me doing movements that could possible be harmful to me. Great direction of what exercises we will be focusing gone over in detail from the beginning of the class and then let the burn begin. If you end up enjoying even just the starting four classes I highly recommend you into more classes and even think of trying some of the personal training.
