This did not disappoint at all. Works well with my schedule, great on my budget plus also get the help from skilled trainers if they caught me doing movements that could possible be harmful to me. Great direction of what exercises we will be focusing gone over in detail from the beginning of the class and then let the burn begin. If you end up enjoying even just the starting four classes I highly recommend you into more classes and even think of trying some of the personal training.
