Yoga: One-on-one sessions allow us to craft the yoga flows and asanas to your unique goals and improve your weaknesses.  Build range of motion, balances, and dramatically improve recovery with our private yoga sessions.  Animal Flow takes all of the challenges of Vinyasa yoga (flowing yoga) and builds new transitions to help you flow from one pose to another.  It’s fun, burns tons of calories, and will help you build functional strength.

Volume Discount Pricing is available for all session types. E.g. you purchase "personal training," but you can book all session types with it (Yoga, Nutrition, Mobility, Corrective Exercise, Personal Training, etc.) Get volume discount pricing by purchasing through the EZ-Facility Portal or speak with Dawn or Paul.

Private Yoga Sessions

We offer 100% individualized yoga flows for our private yoga lessons.  We build the sessions around your goals.  We design Yoga Sessions for people with tight quads, sore backs, or limited shoulder mobility.  Because the sessions are one-on-one, we can craft the yoga flows and asanas to your unique goals and improve your weaknesses.  We work with Powerlifters who need more hip mobility.  We teach CrossFitters how to master handstands.  We help seniors restore lost mobility.

Animal Flow takes all of the challenges of Vinyasa yoga (flowing yoga) and builds new transitions to help you flow from one pose to another.  Animal Flow is a constantly moving practice that incorporates Animal Walks, Balance Postures, and Bodyweight Movements.   It’s fun, burns tons of calories, and you can do it anywhere.
