Virtual Fitness Classes are live, interactive, two-way video classes featuring Yoga & Beyond Stretch.  All workouts can be done with no equipment in a 4 x 6 foot area.  You will be able to talk with coach, see other members, and speak with other members through your phone, tablet, or laptop.

We Bring Our Workouts to Your House

Head Coach Paul will provide you with cues and descriptions of how to do all the stretches and exercises in the classes in real time.  And oh yes, he is not above calling you out for slacking virtually.

Beyond Stretch
What is Beyond Stretch? It’s Training to help you move better. Stretch to improve passive flexibility. Strengthen your end range of motion and control. Injuries frequently occur when you have passive mobility to get into a position, but not the strength and control to support that position. Beyond Stretch provides that you that strength. It improves your balance and resistance to injury by targeting the muscles that your everyday activities cannot.
Yoga
We practice both Alignment yoga and vinyasa flow based yoga.  Our alignment classes focus on teaching positions for yoga poses.  Vinyasa classes focus on flowing from one pose to the next.  Alignment classes tend to focus more on stretching.  Vinyasa classes focus more on conditioning.

Our Virtual Fitness Class Workouts allows you to see everyone in the class.

Workout Program Delivery

Workouts are delivered to you weekly through our SugarWOD app (desktop, iphone, android).  You can log your results, and your coach will review your progress.  Workouts have full technical support (phone, email, videos).

Virtual Fitness Class Private Group

Members of our Fitness Classes can join our Private Facebook Group.  We provide customizations and workout solutions for all members.

Book Your Virtual Fitness Classes

You reserve your virtual fitness class just like a real class.  Classes start on the hour, and you should “arrive” 5 minutes early so that we can get everyone signed in.  Each workout starts with a whiteboard overview.  We will show how to do the workout, how to scale the workout, and we will coach you through the workout.

Recommended Equipment

There are no requirements to buy equipment.  For Beyond Stretch a PVC Pole & Lacrosse Balls are useful.  Dumbbell Strong requires a light set of dumbbells and a medium heavy set.  But you can use a broom stick and tennis balls.  You can also borrow a Beyond Stretch Set from Sand and Steel.
