SandStorm Workouts


One of Sand & Steel’s premier work out systems: this unique methodology combines intense fat burning with strength moves.  We of course use Sandbags and Sandbells in these workouts, but we also incorporate Vipr’s, Rip Trainers, Kettlebells, and Olympic Rings.  These workouts typically last 30-40 minutes and have 30-20 minutes of instruction.
