  • 7 days to 24 hours to cancel
  • Late Cancel Fee: $5
  • Late Reservation Fee: $0
  • No-Show Fee: $10 and loss of session

CrossFit and Specialty Classes

  • 7 days to 12 Hours to book: Weekday Mornings & Trail
  • 7 days to 2 hours to cancel: All other class times
  • Late Cancel Fee: $5
  • Late Reservation Fee: $0
  • No-Show Fee: $10 limited memberships and $15 for unlimited memberships

Semi-Private Training

  • 7 days to 6 Hours to book
  • 7 days to 24 hours to cancel
  • Late Cancel Fee: $5
  • Late Reservation Fee: $0
  • No-Show Fee: $10 and loss of sessions.

Open Gym

  • 7 days to 1 Hours to book
  • 7 days to 1 hours to cancel
  • Late Cancel Fee: $5
  • Late Reservation Fee: $5
  • No-Show Fee: $10
