Booking Policy

It is always the responsibility of the member to book and cancel reservations. The only way to book and cancel sessions is with the Member App. You cannot cancel or reserve a session by talking to a coach or the owners, sending a text or message, etc. It’s not necessary to provide a reason for late cancellation.

The reason we charge a late cancellation fee is that we prepare for all the members that are attending the class. Without a fee, people would book and cancel last minute, which would make preparation on a member-level impossible. This would erode the quality of the classes. We understand that emergencies in life and work come up, so if you need a waiver of the late cancellation fee, just email us we’ll be able to waive the cancellation fee for you.

Late reservations may be requested through our late registration form.

Late cancellation fee. In general, you’ll be charged $7.50 for the late cancellation of classes and personal training. If you late cancel a personal training session or limited CrossFit membership within 6 hours of your appointment time, the session will also be marked as used. If you have some extraordinary circumstance (such as health emergency, accident, etc.), please email Dawn with your “Late Cancel Amnesty Request.” We’ll consider how much notice you provide based on the cancellation time in the App, the reasoning for the late cancel, your booking and cancellation history, etc. Since a late cancellation hurts the financial stability of our coaches, we have to balance both sides and determine a fair and equitable resolution. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

  • No-Show Fee: $20 + loss of session

Unlimited CrossFit Memberships

  • 7 days to 10 Hours to book: Weekday Mornings & Trail Running
  • 7 days to 4 Hours to book: CrossFit 9AM
  • 7 days to 2 hours to cancel: All other class times
  • Late Cancel Fee: $7.50
  • Late Reservation Fee: $0
  • No-Show Fee: $10 limited memberships and $15 for unlimited memberships

OnRamp, Challenger, Nutrition, Mobility Lab

  • 7 days to 2 Hours to book
  • 7 days to 2 hours to cancel
  • Late Cancel Fee: $7.50
  • Late Reservation Fee: $0
  • No-Show Fee: $15.

Open Gym

  • 7 days to 1 Hours to book
  • 7 days to 1 hours to cancel
  • Late Cancel Fee: $7.50
  • Late Reservation Fee: $5
  • No-Show Fee: $10
