Day Passes and Drop-in Classes

We have three “drop-in” style passes available based on when the class you’d like to schedule is occurring. All time periods refer to the amount of time between when you purchase the class and when the class you plan to book will occur.

  • Day Pass: (More than 24 hours Notice). If your class is more than 24 hours from the time you are purchasing, please purchase the “day pass.” You’ll receive instructions on how to self-schedule your session with our app. Pre-authorization is not required.
  • Drop-in Pass: (2-24 Hours Notice with Pre-Authorization). If your class is more than 2 hours from the time you are purchasing, please purchase the “drop-in pass.” Also, you need pre-authorization to purchase the Drop-in Pass. You can obtain pre-authorization simply by calling the gym. We’ll ask you some basic questions about your CrossFit experience and make sure you understand how to register for the class, sign the waivers, etc.
  • Walk-in Pass: (Less than 2 Hours Notice). If your class is less than 2 hours from the time you are purchasing the pass or you are walk-in, please purchase the “Walk-in Pass.” It’s best to call before you leave for the gym so that we can help you sign your waivers and check into the class.
  • 30 Day CrossFit Pass: Good for new members trying out Sand and Steel or for athletes visiting Alexandria, VA for an extended time period.
