Rehab’s Training sessions are designed to help you recover from injuries, decrease pain, and restore proper muscle function. Whether you have minor pains, trouble with recovery, or more serious injuries, Rehab Training sessions will help you get back into training quickly.
Focused Recovery: Most rehab training sessions are a combination of mobility and therapy style exercises keyed to the particular problems and movement issues you may be experiencing.
Move Better with Less Pain: Paul has 12 certifications in mobility and has been providing mobility style training for over 10 years. Rehab training sessions include assessment and tracking of pain signals to their source. Paul will help you mobilize tighter areas, strengthen weakened muscles, helping you move better with less pain.
Common Treatment Cases
- Rehab and Mobility Training for athletes who have chronic tightness or mobility restriction
- Recovery training for runners
- Specific training for fitness tests such as FLETC, Army, FBI, etc
- Training with chronic conditions such as M/S, Parkinson’s, fibromyalgia, etc.
- Training for injury recovery and avoiding re-injury, as well as using techniques for pain reduction

Programming
Every Rehabs Training session is different, but the general flow is:
- Assessment

- Muscle Testing

- Stretching
You’ll receive notes and recommended exercises after every session.

Rehab Training is generally available 5:30-8:00PM Monday-Thursday.
