If you provide a doctor's note, physical therapy note, or lab test saying that it is not safe for you to work out in the gym, we will waive the hold fee. If you don't have the note right now, email it to us later, and we'll add a fee credit to your account once we receive the note. Fee Waiver - Self Quarantine I have been exposed or potentially exposed to COVID-19I'd like to self quarantine for 14 days. To qualified for the fee waiver, I'll provide Sand and Steel Fitness with two negative COVID-19 tests. One test taken at the 7 day mark, and one at the 12 day mark.Fee Waiver - Military Orders I have military orders that require I be away from the gym for more than a weekWe will waive the hold fee if you provide us a copy of your military orders requiring you to be away from Alexandria VA for more than a week.Hold Policy* I have reviewed the below hold policy, and wish to proceed with a membership hold.You can request an account hold for up to two months. If you request a hold longer than that, your hold will automatically released 2 months from your requested hold start date. Holds cannot be applied retroactively. Holds extend your billing, renewals, and expiration dates.
