You can request an account hold for up to two months. If you request a hold longer than that, your hold will automatically released 2 months from your requested hold start date. Holds cannot be applied retroactively. Holds extend your billing, renewals, and expiration dates.
If you are applying for a Hold Fee Credit (COVID-19 related or any medical reason), you will be provided with the fee credit when you provide us with the supporting documentaiton.
