Your Personal Training Program will be developed for you by Paul Roberts. Sessions are one-on-one and are completely customized. Your program will be built based on your Fitness Assessment, InBody Scan, a consultation, and your goals (strength, mobility, weight loss, hypertrophy, corrective exercises, etc.).
