CrossFit One-one-One

Our CrossFit One-On-One programming follows our workout of the day programming of the class, but it’s coached one on one.  The sessions are private lessons so your coach will be able to scale and modify the workout to suit your fitness level.  You’ll progress faster and learn the techniques more quickly.  CrossFit One-on-One also provides a great transition members for a personal training member looking to start taking CrossFit classes.
