It’s Yoga for the CrossFit Athlete. Fireflow is an intensive power vinyasa class that focuses on hip and spine mobility. Learn to float, stretch, and sweat as we turn up the heat in FireFlow.
Beyond Stretch Class
Beyond Stretch is based on FRC, Kinstretch, FMS, and the Ready State Mobility Programs. This class builds flexibility, strength, and helps prevent injuries caused by muscle imbalances.
A strength class focused on building grip strength needed for obstacle course racing, the shoulder stability needed to support CrossFit, and the bi’s and tri’s needed for Instagram. Workouts feature deadlifts, bench press, pullup variations, and accessories for grip and arms.
PowerFit Powerlifting Class
PowerFit is a powerlifting and strength accessory class. Programming for PowerFit is based on Starting Strength and Westside systems.
