Versalift, because a little heel goes a long way
Versalift V2s are ideal for
- Overhead Squats
- Air Squats (think Murph)
- Wall Balls
- Thrusters
- Snatches
- Cleans
- Pistol Squats

Like all the products you see in our shop… I wouldn’t sell them if I didn’t use them myself. The best way I can describe them is that get you about 50% of the benefit of lifters, without the weight and cost. They are very useful for CrossFit workouts that incorporate disparate elements like a WOD with Barbell Cleans and Double Unders.

The Versalifts come in small, medium, and large sizes:
- Small is good for Men and Women size 8 or smaller.
- Medium is good for size 8.5-13
- Large is for size 13.5 and larger.
