Tips:

The deadlifts are by far the hardest part of this workout.  CrossFit provided only 13 minutes to finish this workout.

55 deadlifts can really hurt your back if you allow your core to break… lifting belt highly recommended.


So far this has been my favorite workout of the Open, and the only one I couldn’t finish.  It’s amazing workout using two pulls and two pushes.  I’ll be adding this workout to my rotation.  -Paul
