The above dramatic difference in squat position is achieved in those individuals who have tight calves (which is most of us). It makes squating easier and safer. It deloads your back and adds more load on your quads and glutes and hams … where it belongs.


Like all the products you see in our shop… I wouldn’t sell them if I didn’t use them myself. The best way I can describe them is that get you about 50% of the benefit of lifters, without the weight and cost. They are very useful for CrossFit workouts that incorporate disparate elements like a WOD with Barbell Cleans and Double Unders.

The Versalifts come in small, medium, and large sizes:

  • Small is good for Men and Women size 8 or smaller.
  • Medium is good for size 8.5-13
  • Large is for size 13.5 and larger.
