Entry Level Personal Trainer Position
- PASSION for FITNESS – do you live the life?
- CROSSFIT, TRX, and OLYMPIC LIFTING EXPERIENCE are a plus, but training is available
- CREATIVITY with designing personal training programs
- ABILITY to SCALE workouts for client’s – Do you know how to properly progress and regress movements?
- DESIRE to learn new things – Are you always trying new things in your own workouts?
General Responsibilities for the Personal Trainer Job
- Help clients meet health & fitness goals through the programs, and methods, developed at Sand & Steel
- Provide fun and safe exercise environment to motivate clients
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with, and among, members to encourage a community feel
- Clean and organize gym after each session and keep equipment in good working condition
- Providing Assistance to Paul and Dawn to make Sand & Steel the best personal training studio in Alexandria VA
Personal Training Job Requirements
- CPR AED
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Must be able to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
