Train to move better.  Based on FRC, Kinstretch, & MWOD, Beyond Stretch improves passive and active flexibility.  Strengthen your end range of motion and control.  Injuries frequently occur when you have passive mobility to get into a position, but not the strength and control to support that position. Beyond Stretch improves your balance and resistance to injury by targeting the muscles that your everyday activities cannot.

Chronic pains and weaknesses will begin to fade as your body starts to regain its range of motion that has been lost to misuse and none use. Simply stretching and working out does not work, because you only reinforce faulty patterns.

  1. Book your classes online.  You can register for one class per day.
  2. Booking Window: 6 hours to 2 Weeks before the session.
  3. Cancellation Window: 24 hours to 2 Weeks before the session.
  4. Please Arrive 10 Minutes Early.
  5. Sign the COVID-19 Declaration, Wash Your Hands.
  6. Bring your phone, you’ll need to log your workout into SugarWOD.
  7. Check-in on the App.  No show fees are $15.  If you don’t check-in, you are considered a no-show.
  8. Bring specific CrossFit or weightlifting shoes for Strong & CrossFit
  9. Yoga and Beyond Stretch are barefoot or yoga socks
  10. Bring a mat for Yoga and Beyond Stretch.
  11. For Yoga and Beyond Stretch, do not put your mat on any red-lines
  12. Keep 10 feet from other members at all time.
  13. Clean and Dry all equipment you use.
  14. Put all the equipment that you use away.
