Bio & Experience
As a childhood cancer survivor and social worker, I am very passionate about health and wellness, particularly when it comes to finding holistic ways to live a long and healthy life and finding natural forms of stress and emotional relief. I began my fitness journey as a dancer, which I did full-force from the age of two through my Junior year of college, and I am now an avid powerlifter, CrossFiter, and yogi, all of which I discovered during high school. These particular practices have stuck with me for so long for the very reason that they have helped me realize my true strength, power, and potential, and to grow and transform into the the person I am today, all of which was possible because of how these practices challenged me to look past my own fears and anxieties around doing things that I wasn’t comfortable with so that I could access all of the unlimited potential within me, and it is my goal in life to help others realize their true potential just as Powerlifting, CrossFit, Yoga, and dance have done for me!
Since starting my journey as a Personal Trainer in April of 2021, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals and clients, from those who are just looking to improve their general fitness to trained athletes looking to improve their strength and endurance for a specific sport, as well as to obtain additional certifications in both Powerlifting and Group Exercise Instruction.
