Mastering the Pull-up Seminar Saturday March 14 at 1:30-3:30pm

Sand & Steel will be providing a presentation on progressions and regressions for mastering the pull-up. The presentation will feature a number of techniques including the Australian pull-up, ring pull-up, bar muscle-up’s, etc. In particular the seminar will be designed to help attendees form a training plan to perform their first pull-up.
