12 Days of Christmas

1 Push-Up
2 Dips
3 (30) Sec Plank
4 Lunges (Each Leg)*
5 Glute Bridges
6 Burpees
7  Squats*
8 Hip Dips (Each Side)
9 Star Jumps
10 Step-ups (Each Leg)
11 Plank Wrist Taps
12 Russian Twists

*Add weight as you can- dumbbells, a suitcase, or even a small children!

Progress through this as you would the 12 Days of Christmas Song:
-1 push-up
-2 Dips, 1 push-up
-30second plank, 2 dips, 1 push-up, etc.
