For me, my greatest joy is having a positive influence on my community, I love watching people improve through their hard work. I greatly enjoy meeting new people and getting to know more about them while also bettering ourselves as athletes and coaches, this is a team effort! Most importantly, if you love working out early in the morning I’m the coach for you!

My Passion:

I am passionate about fitness and bettering people’s lives through strengthening them mentally and physically. Watching you grow into all your potential is what gets me up every day ready to positively influence lives!

My Experience:

I lead group classes and personal training/onboarding sessions for a CrossFit gym in my hometown of Avondale, PA. I was the coach and operations manager of the gym for three years as well as partaking in the sport of CrossFit for almost 5 years now. I have worked with clients looking to join active duty military/first responder, high school and college athletes as well as people with pre-existing injuries/limitations looking to strengthen and support the muscle in and around the injury. 

I take great pride in saying I have coached CrossFit athletes just looking to stay in shape for themselves and their family as well as athletes who were on the competitive level trying to make a run for the CrossFit Games. I have years of experience in coaching every level of athlete. 

Despite your experience level or limitations you will always get a safe and effective workout that allows you to leave the gym feeling better than when you came in!

Which superhero character would you be?

I would be Superman because I grew up watching the show Smallville and have been called Clark Kent when I wore glasses.

What is your favorite Holiday?

Christmas, I love spending time with my family and enjoy watching the reactions as they open their gifts!

What song(s) can you listen to on repeat?

What would be your last meal?

My last meal would be my dad’s homemade lasagna with garlic bread.

What are you unusually good at doing?

Finding hidden items like in geocaching or that trend where people paint rocks then hide them on walking trails. I’m a natural painted rock spotter.
