About Me: Before training at Sand & Steel, I worked as a Tennis Coach at Bethesda Sport and Health. I’ve spent the last 6 years studying Sports Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, and have learned how to tailor exercise and nutrition programming to suit a wide variety of individual needs. No matter where you are starting from I’m confident that we will find a program that not only works for achieving your goals, but one that you’ll enjoy and be able to sustain.
