1️⃣ Base hand 30 Degrees
2️⃣ Press the Kettlebell Up
3️⃣ Look Up at the Kettlebell
4️⃣ Right arm up / Right Leg up
5️⃣ Post to the elbow then extend
6️⃣ Come Down like you went up
