You have all won great victories and sampled the bitter taste of defeat. The Iron Star Games will determine who wins and who is second-best. Need to miss a scheduled event during the Iron Star Games? No sweat, here’s what you need to do. If you need to miss an event because of personal reasons, work, the class is full at your desired time, etc., you have two options to have your score counted.
Official Rules for the Iron Star Games. Please review all the exercise standards for all 25 exercises that comprise the Iron Star Games. Read about which equipment is allowed and which is not. Additionally, you’ll find special rules for the Powerlifting and Olympic events such as your warm-up time and the 3 lift rule. For CrossFit, we’ll be working in two heats and with special judging standards.
Have you registered for the Iron Star Games Yet? No? Well, your coach will be asking you to register soon. So I’ve compiled the top excuses you can use as a basis for saying no. Hint, I’ve also explained why each reason isn’t reflective of the reality of the Iron Star Games. 🙂
