Zero2Fit Personal Training

Stephanie is crushing it on our Zero2Fit program.  Coached by Coach Max, Zero2Fit combines mobility training and conditioning.  This personal training program is excellent for losing weight while focusing on corrective exercise and range of motion.

This particular workout featured:

3 Rounds

● Echo Bike 2:00 – 20 calories
● Kettlebell Deadlift 10 reps @ 53 LBS

3 Rounds: (alternating no rest)
● 10 Exercise Tubing Backfly
● 10 Exercise Tubing W’s
