Yoga Vinyasa Flow Classes
Our Yoga classes utilize vinyasa-style yoga (flow-based). In our Alexandria VA studio, we have classes featuring specific skill work: e.g. Standing Balance, Backbend, Forward Fold, Arm Balance, Hip Opener, Core Strength, Twists, or Inversions.
