Master the 88 base poses of yoga. Each base pose in yoga has 10-20 variations. We systematically find the best variation for you during the alignment yoga class. Each class features 15 unique poses that teach and modify for you. Once you know your variation of each pose, we flow the poses together into an individual crafted yoga vinyasa. Alignment 88 is uniquely designed to be challenging even for certified yoga teachers, while still being approachable to the absolute beginner.
Virtual Fitness Classes are live, interactive, two-way video classes featuring Yoga, Bodyweight Metcon, Zumba, and Beyond Stretch. All workouts can be done with no equipment in a 4 x 6 foot area. An “On Demand” service is available for people who want to participate in a pre-recorded class. You will be able to talk with coach, see other members, and speak with other members through your phone, tablet, or laptop. You will be provided with the virtual workouts a week ahead of time through our SugarWOD App in case you want to do them on your own.
